Welcome to Forrest Built Solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the website hosting, management, consulting, marketing, graphic design, direct mail, printing, and other related services provided by Forrest Built Solutions. By subscribing to our services or booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Website & Subscription-Based Services

Forrest Built Solutions offers website management and hosting plans on a subscription basis. These include:

• Basic Plan: Shared hosting, a 1-page website, 1 update per month, basic security, and 1 business email.

• Business Plan: High-performance hosting, a 5-page website, e-commerce setup (up to 25 products), 4 updates per month, advanced security, and 2 business emails.

• Premium Plan: Dedicated hosting, a fully custom-built website, full-featured e-commerce, unlimited updates, premium security, advanced SEO, and 5 business emails.

2.1 Payment Terms for Website & Subscription Plans

• All website and hosting services must be paid in advance before work begins.

• Payments are billed monthly on a subscription basis.

• Late payments beyond 7 days may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

• No refunds will be issued for website or hosting subscription payments.

3. Consulting Services

• Consulting services require a $100 deposit at the time of booking.

• If the client continues using our consulting services, this deposit will be applied to the next bill.

• If the client chooses not to continue after the initial consultation, they will receive a 50% refund of their deposit ($50 returned).

• Cancellations of consulting appointments are non-refundable.

4. Custom Services & Business Solutions

Forrest Built Solutions provides custom services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Website Development (Outside of Subscription Plans)

• Marketing & Digital Advertising Services

• Graphic Design & Branding

• Direct Mail & Printing Services

• Business Consulting & Management Solutions

• Custom Application Development & Integrations

4.1 Payment Terms for Custom Services

• All custom services require full payment before work begins.

• Work will not commence until payment has been received.

• For large projects, milestone-based payments may be offered at our discretion.

4.2 Refund Policy for Custom Services

• If a custom service is unsatisfactory, clients may receive a refund of up to 75% of that service cost, except for the following:

• Marketing Plans, Direct Mail, Printing Services, and Graphic Design:

• Refunds for these services will be between 25% and 50%, depending on the work completed.

• Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• No refunds will be provided once a project is marked as completed or delivered to the client.

5. Cancellation & Ownership Policy

5.1 No Setup Fees

Forrest Built Solutions does not charge setup fees, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

5.2 Cancellation & Site Ownership Transfer

• Cancellation Before 6 Months:

• If you cancel within the first 6 months, a $500 site transfer fee applies to retain ownership of your website.

• If this fee is not paid, the website will be deactivated and remain property of Forrest Built Solutions.

• Cancellation After 6 Months:

• If you cancel after 6 months, a $100 site transfer fee applies to retain ownership.

• Failure to Pay the Transfer Fee:

• If a client does not pay the transfer fee, the website will not be released and will be taken offline.

• Domain Transfers:

• Domains purchased through Forrest Built Solutions can be transferred at standard domain transfer rates upon cancellation.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy (For All Services)

• Website and hosting subscription fees are non-refundable.

• Consulting deposits follow the refund policy outlined in Section 3.

• Custom services are subject to the refund terms outlined in Section 4.

• If a client cancels a project, completed work remains Forrest Built Solutions’ property unless the project balance is paid in full. For more detail please see Refund Policy & Cancellations
