At Forrest Built Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for all transactions.
1. General Refund Policy
All services must be paid in full before work begins.
Refunds will only be processed according to the terms outlined below.
2. Website & Hosting Services
Website and hosting subscription fees are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to our cancellation and site ownership policies.
If a client cancels website services, the website will be deactivated unless a site transfer fee is paid as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Consulting Services
Consulting services require a $100 deposit at the time of booking.
If the client continues using our consulting services, the deposit will be applied to the next bill.
If the client chooses not to continue after the initial consultation, they will receive a 50% refund of their deposit ($50 returned).
Cancellations of consulting appointments are non-refundable.
4. Custom Services & Business Solutions
Forrest Built Solutions provides custom services including, but not limited to:
Custom Website Development (outside of subscription plans)
Marketing & Digital Advertising Services
Graphic Design & Branding
Direct Mail & Printing Services
Business Consulting & Management Solutions
Custom Application Development & Integrations
4.1 Refund Policy for Custom Services
If a custom service is unsatisfactory, clients may receive a refund of up to 75% of that service cost, except for the following:
Marketing Plans, Direct Mail, Printing Services, and Graphic Design:
Refunds for these services will be between 25% and 50%, depending on the work completed.
Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be provided once a project is marked as completed or delivered to the client.
5. Cancellation & Site Ownership Policy
Clients who cancel within the first 6 months of website service must pay a $500 site transfer fee to retain ownership of their website. If this fee is not paid, the website remains the property of Forrest Built Solutions and will be deactivated.
Clients who cancel after 6 months may request a site transfer for a $100 transfer fee.
If a client does not pay the transfer fee, the website will not be released and will be taken offline.
Domains purchased through Forrest Built Solutions can be transferred at standard domain transfer rates upon cancellation.
